Must-Have Beauty Essentials For A Girl Getaway
St. Tropez Self-Tanning Mousse - This is more of a weekend prep product! There is nothing worse than arriving at the pool feeling pale. I always apply self-tanner 1 - 2 times leading up to my vacation. Just remember to exfoliate well beforehand!
Korres Greek Yoghurt Makeup Removing Wipes - I always carry makeup wipes when I go away. It is an easy and quick way to remove your makeup. Added bonus you won't have to worry about your liquid remover spilling in your suitcase.
Ray-Ban - Okay, this is not a beauty product but it might as well be. A good pair of sunnies helps protect the delicate skin around the eye area from harsh sun rays.
First Aid Beauty Lip Balm - I have recently become a big fan of this product line. This lip balm will be a life saver for your lips while travelling.
Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Bronzer - Like most people I try to keep shaded from the sun when it comes to my face. Make sure to pack a good bronzer so you can still have that sun-kissed glow.
Bobbi Brown Hot Nudes - Vacation isn't the time I get creative with my makeup. I pack one palette that has a lot to offer so I can play up my eyes in the evening.
The Wet Brush - This has to be the best brush for us long-haired girls, it quickly detangles and is gentle on your hair. Perfect for after a day spent at the pool or beach.
Laura Mercier Oil Free Tinted Moisturizer - This has been my go-to for years. It is the perfect light weight makeup to even out your skin tone.
Fresh Rose Hydrating Gel Cream - For warmer climates I like a lightweight cream that still gives me maximum hydration. This gel cream is a great option especially for oily/combination skins types.
Kate Somerville Tan Maximizer - Keeping my tan is just as important as getting it! I always moisturize my skin after a day sipping mojitos by the pool. This will help you from getting dry/flakey skin and prolong your tan.
Stila Stay All Day Lipstick - Pack a long-lasting lipstick in a great shade for heading out on the town with the girls at night. It is a quick way to look polished and will need minimal touch-ups. I have been known to pack a whole arsenal of lipsticks while on girls trips, but this one stands out as a fav!
Aritzia's Talula Pelham Hat - Again, not a beauty product but this is most definitely a Must-Have to help protect your skin from the sun and look cute while doing so!
I am off to Scottsdale for a bachelorette party this weekend and will have all of these packed in my bag along with a few others...safe to say I check my bags and don't travel light ;)
