Skincare Routine With Omorovicza
Over the last 2 years my skin has been going through some major changes! First there was my pregnancy which thankfully my skin did quite well through, then my body and hormones had to adjust postpartum. After having acne in my late teens and early 20’s I was always concerned that pregnancy would send me back to my bad skin days. Luckily that wasn’t the case. So I was really taken by surprise when last fall all of a sudden my skin was all over the map with breakouts and stubborn forehead zits that just would not go away. I’m still not 100% sure what the culprit was, it could have been a combination of many things, I quit breastfeeding, then had an awful allergic reaction, then we went on vacation to Japan, which I don’t know about all of you but my skin and travelling don’t go well together. Especially travel to warm humid climates. Regardless of what it was, I couldn’t get my skin to normalize again.
I have used Omorovicza products in the past, I am a huge fan of the gold rescue cream. I used it two winters ago and it saved my skin. I’ve also used the Daily Vitamin C serum before and love how fresh my skin looks. The Silver Skin line was new for me and since it is good for blemish prone skin I was excited to give it a try. Typically you wouldn’t use the gold line which is very hydrating with the silver line but since my skin tends to be blemish prone and dehydrated the combo of these 5 products has my skin glowing again. I still am battling my normal skin issues but my forehead has completely calmed down.
Here’s how I’m using the products:
Morning
Rinse skin with water, I typically use a warm face cloth in the morning to wake my skin up.
Apply Silver Skin Tonic with a cotton pad.
Vitamin C Serum, followed by the Silver Skin Lotion.
I have been using Glossier's eye cream in the morning, it’s quite light weight and I hate wasting products so using it up.
Nighttime
Cleanse skin, currently I’m using Caudalie’s Vinopure Purifying Gel Cleanser then I follow with their Beauty Elixir which I’ve been obsessed with for years.
Next up I massage in the Vitamin C Serum. Always massaging in an upwards motion. I also bring all of my skincare down onto my neck.
Finally I pat on the Gold Rescue Cream followed by the Gold Eye Lift. The Gold Rescue Cream is very luxurious feeling, I don’t use a lot, just a small dab and warm it with my fingers before patting it on my skin.
I then always finish up with BITE Beauty Agave Mask for my lips.
Let me know if you have any questions! After two years (whoops) since I did my last skincare related post, it feels good to be back!
xx Katie.
